GREAT OPPORTUNITY AND BIG POTENTIAL IN FOOD, PHARMACEUTICAL,
MEDICAL AND COSMETIC INDUSTRIES
We would like to share a recent finding of new TECHNOLOGY to do extraction and isolation of any type of herbs in new processing method. We use Ultra Sonic system replacing all know current system for extraction and isolation. We can turn any type of raw material from water to powder with better and efficient ways in quantity, quality and cheaper than any know comparative process. The process had been designed and tested in one of our University and it works well. We would like to offer to any interested party to collaborate with us to build up this technology.
One of the
latest research and finding work on raw material of Vinca Rosea (Kemuning Cina)
herbs by using this technology, we found that there are valuable compounds on
anti-cancer - Vanderlin, Vincristine and Vinblastine being recovered in large
quantity comparing to the current method of processing.
Some
Point to consider on the technology..............
Shorter
time consume in extraction process
•
We can use fresh leaf /fruit /spices /herbal raw material without dry it
first
Time
consume for the extraction will reduce by using ultra sonic up to 50% compare
to conventional method with same capacity. The system will continue direct to
drying method
Maintain
and improving the quality and efficacy of the extract because
•
Temperature in all flow process as in extraction method and drying method will
control at below 80 degree Celsius to maintain the quality of extract. The
spray dry will produce smaller size of particle of extract as low as 20
micrometer and this applied for cosmetic and pharmaceutical used
Low
cost of processing system

No need to dry the raw material
No
need to sterile the extract using Gamma ray or using autoclave because the
ultra-sonic extraction will deactivate the bacteria
By using this
technology the time period will be shorten. Some process will be excluded and
the best part is the manufacturing process in low temperature will give us more
valuable end product compound to be recovered from the source of raw material.
Current process method has made most of the component in the herbs being
destroyed.
In normal way
of doing extraction the process need to have a boiling temperature at more than
100 degrees Celsius to vaporize the water into powder and this have affected
the herbs components. They vaporize and lost. When we do at below temperature
we can prevent it from vaporizes and recovers more components inside the herbs
that are useful to use.

We believe with
this new concept and are not available in the current market over the world. It
will give more new impact and large benefit to the Pharmaceutical industries
and companies. We expect there will be a large demand on this new finding of
active compound such as to produce drug using vincristine and vinblastine for
cancer treatment. In fact from the survey we have done we expect there will be
buyer ready to purchase all this.
We want to
build up a first small pilot plant. Later it will be business for producing
product and also selling technology to various interested party.
